Paletti USA LLC was founded in April 1999, to serve the needs of the North American market (United States, Canada, and Mexico)
as a subsidiary of Paletti Profilsysteme GmbH & Co. KG. Paletti USA LLC is 100% owned by a holding company controlled by Helmuth
Kahl and family, owners of Paletti Profilsysteme.
The company began with no sales in the North American market out of an
approximate 5000 square foot location in Ivyland, PA. In 2005, the company moved to a considerably larger facility in
Mongomeryville, PA in order to facilitate present and future expansion. Paletti USA's defacto parent company, Paletti
Profilsysteme is headquartered in Minden, Germany located approximately 30 miles outside of the major trade show city of Hannover.
The company was founded in 1990 by Helmuth Kahl, the company's president.
